TA responsibilities include:
​• Identifying and securing booking opportunities for performers, creatives, and public personalities.
• Pitching talent to casting directors, event organizers, brands, and producers.
• Coordinating auditions, rehearsals, travel, and on‑site logistics.
• Managing talent portfolios, promotional materials, and booking profiles.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, venues, and industry partners.
Primary focus areas include-
• Negotiating rates, contracts, usage rights, and scheduling details.
• Tracking payments, contracts, calendars, and booking documentation.
• Ensuring all opportunities are legitimate, safe, and aligned with talent goals.
